Celebrating KS5 Success

By 15 August 2024No Comments

Congratulations to all students from the Nicholas Chamberlaine School VI Form who have once again received some outstanding results.

We are delighted with the overall performance of all our students and this is the just reward for their two years of commitment, motivation, dedication and hard work. We are so proud of all our students, not only for their academic performance but also because they have developed into responsible, caring and well-rounded young people. They will go off to university or into the world of work with all of the skills they need to be successful in their future career aspirations.

100% of our students achieved a pass in at least two subjects and nearly a third of our students three or more A*-B or equivalent grades.

84% of our students have accepted places at university. This is a phenomenal achievement.

Some individual successes include gaining places at:

  • the University of Manchester to study Maths
  • the University of Leicester to study Medicine
  • the University of Birmingham to study Law
  • the University of Warwick to study Accounting and Finance
  • the University of Warwick to study Psychology
  • the University of Manchester to study Business Management
  • the University of Liverpool to study Law and Criminology
  • the University of Cardiff to study Architecture

A number of students are beginning exciting adventures into the world of work and apprenticeships; others are embarking on a gap year to increase specific skills and experience. All of this is testament to the rich and diverse student community we are building at NCS.

We are incredibly proud of all our students and we wish them all the very best in the future.
