On Friday 5 December, students from NCS visited Stan Williams Court in Nuneaton to play for the residents and spread some Christmas cheer.
We also had a very special reason for visiting – to say a huge thank you to Alan for his extremely generous donation of 2 trombones to the department for our students.
We also want to say a huge thank you to Bulkington Silver Band for their generous donation of a number of brass instruments at the start of this term, some of which are being used by our brass students in the performance today.
Donations are extremely important when running the MiSST programme and we are extremely grateful for any instrumental donations.
It was an amazing performance, that was thoroughly enjoyed by all the residents, by our newly formed NCS Brass Band and we hope to see more performances from them in the future.
