We would once again like to welcome you and your child to the Nicholas Chamberlaine family.

The autumn term will begin on Thursday 1st September.  On this day and on Friday 2nd September we have planned activities in school that are based around team building and these will give the students the chance to get to know new people in their tutor groups as well as meet key members of staff.  They will get to know our routines and expectations as well as sampling many lessons. Students must attend in full school uniform on Thursday and their PE kit on Friday.

School will be closed to students on Monday 5th September for teacher training and will reopen on Tuesday 6th September. 

On Thursday 8th September we are delighted to provide a free trip to Drayton Manor for all Year 7 students.  We plan to leave Nicholas Chamberlaine at 9:00 am and return at approximately 5 pm.  Nicholas Chamberlaine staff will supervise the travel to and from the park and then students will spend the day with their tutor and tutor group. In order for us to book the tickets and arrange coaches, please return the consent form on 6^th July when you attend the Induction Evening.  If you are unable to attend then please drop the form into reception or send it via email.  We will then confirm more details by the end of term.  We would also ask that you complete the home/school agreement and acceptable use form and return them in the same manner.
