>> WELCOME

We are delighted that you are considering joining Nicholas Chamberlaine Sixth Form College for your Post 16 studies.

At Nicholas Chamberlaine, you’ll find a supportive, forward-thinking environment where ambition thrives and success follows; an environment where you are known, celebrated and encouraged as a valued member of our VI Form family.

You will be joining our VI Form at an incredibly exciting time – in 2025 we celebrated record results. Our Value Added score of 0.61 places us in the top 10% of schools in the county and means that students performed well above their targets in all subjects.

Over 85% of our students secured places at top universities to study a range of subjects including medicine, veterinary studies, maths, engineering and many more. We are proud that around half of students achieve places at Russell Group universities. Our students also go on to secure high level apprenticeships with internationally renowned companies such as Jaguar Land Rover and KPMG.

It’s important to us that when you leave our VI Form you do so with more than ‘just a set of grades’. At Nicholas Chamberlaine VI Form there are tremendous opportunities for personal development. You are given the chance to take on leadership roles and responsibilities and participate in activities which will develop you personally and allow you to contribute to and benefit from the wider community; through, for example, support work in local primary schools, the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, mentoring Year 7 students, paired reading schemes and by working with staff to run whole school events such as our Griffin Sports and Arts Festivals.

We offer a wide range of enrichment opportunities, including university visits and other trips.

We pride ourselves on our nurturing, family environment and have been recognised by Ofsted for providing outstanding pastoral support.

We are incredibly proud of our VI Form and are even more excited by what lies ahead.

We encourage Year 11 students who share our ambition and appetite for success to consider making an application to study with us so that you can become part of the next chapter of our NCS story.

2025 Results

In 2025 we celebrated record results. 100% of students passed all three subjects and over 20% achieved A*-B in all three subjects. Our Value Added score of 0.61 places us in the top 10% of Sixth Forms in Warwickshire.

Some individual successes include gaining places at:

  • the University of Manchester to study Maths
  • the University of Leicester to study Medicine
  • the University of Bristol to study History
  • the University of Birmingham to study Law
  • the University of Warwick to study Accounting and Finance
  • the University of Warwick to study Psychology
  • the University of Manchester to study Business Management
  • the University of Liverpool to study Law and Criminology
  • the University of Cardiff to study Architecture

A number of students are beginning exciting adventures into the world of work and apprenticeships; others are embarking on a gap year to increase specific skills and experience. All of this is testament to the rich and diverse student community we are building at NCS.

We are incredibly proud of all our students and we wish them all the very best in the future.
